Relocation (Disconnect & Pick Up)
Disconnect and pick up the water dispenser and accessories from the old address to the new address, and reinstall them at the new location based on basic installation.
Basic / Standard Installation Requirements:
- Water point with valve.
- Electrical socket within 1.2 meters.
- Drainage point (floor trap or sink drainage pipe) within 1.2 meters (applicable for stainless steel exterior water coolers/RO only).
The dispenser will be connected using 1/4-inch tubing into the machine with an adaptor valve.
An additional fee of $50 applies for drilling on quartz, marble, granite, tile, or concrete.
Relocation (Client moves dispenser)
Preparation of the Water Dispenser for Moving to a New Location:
- Switch off the electricity and the water valve.
- Prepare a small pail, then cut or remove the white tubing near the water valve.
- Drain the remaining water from the tube and secure the tubing to the dispenser.
- Transport the dispenser to the new location in an upright position.
