How does manual refill mineral pot water dispensers work?
For the mineral pots we have, on the top of the barrel is a cover where customers use a jug or pitcher to pour in tap water. The tap water is filtered and dispensed out in hot or cold temperature.
- Who is it for?
It's great for residence and small offices. It works for an environment where culture is such that people could top up the water. Users usually fill up pitcher as and when they go bathroom and pour the tap water into the mineral pot. It is a good height to do so, no stool is required (to stand on) to do the refill.
How often should I change the filter cartridge?
Every 3 to 6 months
My filter is relatively new and is not due for a change, but water is not flowing through, what should I do?
Turn to remove water filter cartridge, shake and rinse under tap, soak in water for 5min, repeat and put cartridge back.
