Merchandise purchased from HappyPenguin may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Manufacturer’s guarantees vary depending on the product, but regardless, if you are unhappy with the product, email us and we’ll replace the product or refund your money within 14 days of when you purchased it.

All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Refunds may be subjected to $10 to $15 charge due to initial free shipping provided plus Paypal's transaction fee. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.

Return procedure and note

• All returned products must not be used and be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s label and packaging.
• Returned items should be returned to our office and must include a copy of your invoice or receipt.
• You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective.
• If returned via courer, please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
